Natalie Harrow Smith Henson daughter of John Rudy Smith and Mary Grace Harrow. She was born Oct. 29, 1904 in Little Rock, Ark. Graduated from Mount Vernon Seminary in Washington D C., where she majored in French and was president of the senior class of 1924. She married O'Dell Williams Henson July 5, 1928 in Little Rock, Ark. She lived in Kansas City Missouri for 10 years and Wichita for 3 years and Tucson for 5 years before moving to Topeka in 1945.
Mrs. Henson was a member of the Junior League, Topeka Country Club and group IX of the Stormont- Vail Auxilliary. Her volunteer work included 25 years at Stormont-Vail, five years in the psychiatric division of Winter General and three years at the Topeka State Hospital. For fun, she loved to play bridge with her many friends.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, a son and daughter and brother Steven Harrow Smith of Little Rock, Ark.
Private services will be held. Entombment will be in Mount Hope Mausoleum.
