He was born Sept. 25, 1907, in Perkinsville, the son of Absolum and Permelia (Umphries) Lee. July 2, 1934, he married Elva Shaw, who survives. Mr. Lee was a former resident of
Kokomo and retired as a laborer. He attended Main Street Wesleyan Church and was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and Moose Lodge. Also surviving are two daughters,
Arthetta Lee of Elwood and Jacque Sloan of Fairland; four
grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Dunnichay Funeral
Home here. The Rev. John Utterback will officiate. Burial will be in Sandbanks Cemetery in Tipton County. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at the mortuary.
