HENDERSON, JEWELL L. - age 94 of Knoxville, passed away 6:28 a.m. Monday, June 23, 2008 at St. Mary's Medical Center. She was a member of Grove City Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband, George T. Henderson . Survived by sons and daughters-in-law, George E. and Pat Henderson, Benny R. and Brenda Henderson, all of Knoxville; grandchildren, Mike Henderson and Erik Henderson of Knoxville, Brian Henderson of Houston; great-grandchildren, Hagen Henderson and Rachel Brook Henderson; niece, Toni Kerr; several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet at 9:45 a.m. Thursday at Bookwalter Cemetery for a 10:00 a.m. graveside service and interment with Rev. Jerry Mantooth. A funeral service will be held 8:00 p.m. Wednesday in Stevens Chapel with Rev. Jerry Mantooth officiating.
