*Funeral services Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Fox, age 91, Rt. 3, Jonesboro, who died Friday following a lingering illness, were held Sunday at the Pleasant View Brethren Church. The Rev. Robert Edwards and the Rev. Niles Hilbert officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Survivors are five daughters, Mrs. John Hall, Rt. 6, Jonesboro; Mrs. Elbert Cole, Roanoke, Va.; Mrs. Etta Crussell, Rt. 8, Jonesboro; Mrs. Lester McCurry, Rt. 3, Jonesboro, and Margaret Fox, Alexandria, Va.; two sons, George E. Fox, Rt. 9, Jonesboro, and Fred Fox, Rt. 8, Jonesboro; one sister, Mrs. Maude Humphreys, Piney Flats; 20 grandchildren, and several great and great-great-grandchildren.
Dillow-Taylor was in charge of arrangements.
