Marcella M Gaetzke, age 96, of North Freedom passed away Tuesday, Nov 25, 2014 at the Sauk County Health Care Center. Marcella was born in the village of North Freedom May 23, 1918 to John and Sophia (Weinke) Brilliott. She was united in marriage to Erwin John Gaetzke on June 26, 1946.
Marcella was a member of the North Freedom Baptist Church since June 6, 1943. She was a Sunday School teacher, choir member and was on the Church Kitchen Committee.
Marcella was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and a sister, Genevieve Brilliott.
Marcella is survived by a son, Don (Kathy) of Baraboo; grandchildren, Kristina (Ryan) Grancer of LaCrosse and Vicki (David) Banker of Madison; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery, North Freedom.
