Haile's Funeral Home is in charge. Mrs. Black, widow of Luther Black, died Sunday, March 18, 2001. Born in Camden, she was a daughter of the late Charlie and Janie Halley Burroughs. Surviving are her daughters, Luella Richardson of Randalltown, Md., Verdell Chambers of Cleveland; grandsons, Gregg Richardson, Guy Chambers; son, Earl Black of Frankfurt, Germany; brother, Charles Burroughs of Camden; many nieces, nephews and their families.
