Bertha was the daughter of Proctor M. Burns of MO and Tabitha McKinney of KY
Spouse of Russell C. Williams.
Usually a resident of California but had been living in AZ for 3 years 6 months.
According to a letter sent to her by her father P.M. Burns, she was living at 236 N. 2nd Ave, Tuscon, AZ in September of 1916.

Cause of death was pulmonary tuberculosis.
