A native of Bakersfield, Calif., she was a daughter of the late Wylie and Grace Catherine Shelton O'Neal, attended the Flat Rock Assembly of God Church, and was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Melanie N. Cowell.
Survivors include her husband, James C. Cowell; three sons and daughters-in-law, James S. and Tina L. Cowell of Ozone,AR. Danny J. and Denise M. Cowell of Knoxville,AR. and Anthony (Peanut) and Carla A. Cowell of Flat Rock, AR.; three daughters and sons-in-law, Ramona J. and Charles J. Chavers of Mangum, Okla., Katherine L. and James P.
