Julia Josephine Fox, 79, of Columbia died Friday, Oct. 30, 1998, at Columbia Health Care and Rehabilitation Center. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Foley officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, at the funeral home. Mrs. Fox was born Nov. 1, 1918, in Boone County to Oscar O'Don and Lucille Sims Nichols. On April 5, 1947, she married David Fox in Columbia, and he survives. She was a member of Red Rock Methodist Church. Survivors also include a daughter, (Private) a brother, Conard Nichols of Columbia; three sisters, Louise Nichols and (Private); three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers.
