Edward Alan Abbott, 73, of Bella Vista, Arkansas died Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Arkansas.
He was born on August 7, 1936 in Fort Dodge, Iowa to Kenneth Lyle Abbott and Loretta Hines Abbott.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Berlin Crisis.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Abbott of Bella Vista, Arkansas; three daughters, Sharon Lynn Pepke and husband, Robert of Elgin, Illinois, Deborah Lea Heath and husband, Allan of Lakeville, Minnesota; Lesley Marie Abbott of Hampshire, Illinois; four grandchildren, Michelle Pepke, Brittany Pepke, Aidan Heath and Nathan Heath.
Funeral Service was held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, May 14, 2010 the Village Bible Evangelical Free Church, 210 Town Center, Bella Vista, Arkansas with Pastor Mark Voll officiating.
Burial was at the Bella Vista Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Bella Vista Funeral Home and Crematory
