Sylvia "Bee" Zydor, of Wayland, Allegan Co., MI formerly of Grand Rapids, Kent Co., MI passed away on Monday, May 10, 2010. Bee was blessed to be an active and vibrant 101 years old. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert F. Zydor; her daughter, Maxine E. Coleman; two grandsons, Gary E. Beyer and Ryan Meyers; a great granddaughter, Nicole Beyer; three sisters and three brothers. Bee will be lovingly remembered by her daughter and son-in-law, Shirley A. and David J. Meyers; her son-in-law, Paul A. Coleman; her grandchildren, Sally Beyer, Douglas and Cindy Meyers, David and Suzy Meyers, Connie and Arie Scholten; many great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and six great great great grandchildren; her sisters, Edith Edwardson, Midland MI, and Ila Mae Lemmons, MI; her brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert and Helen Darwin, Naples FL, George and Viola Darwin, Zephyrhills FL; several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, May 13, at South United Methodist Church, 4500 S. Division Ave., Grand Rapids MI with Pastor Mack Strange officiating.
Interment will be in Blain Cemetery.
The family will greet friends on Wednesday at Stroo Funeral Home, 1095 68th St SE, Grand Rapids MI
