Agnes C. Owens was born in 1832 in New York State, one of six children born to the union of Ambrose B. Owens and Charlotte LNU.
She married Mr. Stephen T. Kelsey circa 1851.
Agnes died prior to 1860 in Tompkins, Delaware Co, NY.
She was originally buried in the Cannonsville Cemetery, Cannonsville, Delaware Co, NY, but her remains were disinterred and were removed to Laurel Hill Cemetery in 1963, during the construction of the Cannonsville Reservoir, under the direction of Mrs. Ralph Piatt, Agnes' relationship to her was listed as 1st wife of Stephen (Stephen being Mrs. Piatt's grandfather).
