Pullman Mayor. Son of Kasper and Lydia Ebner, he served as mayor of Pullman, Washington from 1944 to 1948, and as member of the Pullman City Council from 1938 to 1944. Trained in the field of banking, he worked as an employee of First National Bank of Pullman, Old National Bank, U.S. Bank and Security State Bank of Colfax. He attended the University of North Dakota, Washington State University and Rutgers University. He died at Seattle's Virginia Mason Hospital from cancer.
