S. Joann Schultz passed away at the Hospice House on May 8, 2010, at 10 a.m. She was born in Aguilar, Colo., later moving to Walsenburg, Colo., and then to Denver. Survived by her husband of 15 years, Ray D. Schultz of Pueblo West; two sons; one daughter; several grandchildren; great- grandchildren; several stepgrandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a sister, Betty Viola of Pueblo West. She also is survived by several nieces; nephews; and sister-in-law, Irene Skarmas of Pueblo. Visitation, 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Imperial Funeral Home. Funeral service, 2 p.m. Thursday, Imperial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment, Fort Logan National Cemetery. In lieu of food and flowers, donations may be made to either Park Hill Christian Church or Sangre de Cristo Hospice, in care of the funeral home.
