Euris "Buddy" Stanton Glenn, Jr., loving husband of Helen Morris Glenn of Summerville, SC, passed away and left for his eternal home on Sunday afternoon of May 9, 2010, at 12:19 p.m.

The relatives and friends of Buddy and Helen are invited to attend the funeral services of the former at Summerville Baptist Church, Wednesday afternoon, May 12, 2010, at 2 o'clock. Entombment will be held at Summerville Cemetery Mausoleum. Friends may call at Parks Funeral Home Tuesday evening from 6 - 8 o'clock. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to The Ark, 206 Central Avenue, Summerville, SC 29483 or to Lutheran Hospice, 900 Johnnie Dodds Blvd. Ste. 200, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464.

Mr. Glenn was born February 11, 1929, in Summerville, SC, the son of Euris Stanton Glenn and Myrtle Smith Glenn.

"Buddy" attended Clemson University. He was a member of Summerville Baptist Church. He retired after 38 years from Westvaco.

He is survived by his wife, Helen, and three children: Euris Stanton (Stan) Glenn, III of Summerville, SC; Carin Glenn LeRoy of Orlando, FL; John Morris Glenn of Greenville, SC; two sisters: Linda Glenn Cochran and Shirley Glenn McLeod; nine grandchildren: Michelle and Daniel Glenn, Janelle Lutrick, Jeffrey, David and Matthew LeRoy, J.B. Glenn, Hunter and Cory Tinsley; four great-grandchildren: Devon, Luke and Zachary Liberti and Logan Lutrick.

He was predeceased by his sister Eleanor Glenn Hutson and his parents. Arrangements by PARKS FUNERAL HOME, 130 W. 1st North Street, Summerville, SC 29483.
