Mrs. Brady went home to be with her Lord and Saviour on Wednesday, April 28, 2010, at a local nursing home. She was born August 30, 1911, at Konawa, Oklahoma to William Isaac and Effie Dorice Chastain Aldridge. She attended Vamoosa schools. She and her family moved to Ada in 1948 from Wewoka and to the Latta community in 1949. She married Clarence Dinwiddie in 1929. He preceded her in death in 1938. She later married Charles Edward Brady on August 9, 1941 in Wewoka. He died May1983. Mrs. Brady was a homemaker. She spent summers working in the garden planted by her husband, canning vegetables and fruits. She was a longtime active member of the Missionary Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school, sang in the choir, singing solos and quartets and was a pianist. She played the piano by the method her parents taught in singing schools in Oklahoma and Arkansas. She was an active member of the Latta Home Demonstration Club, hosting meetings and giving lessons on many topics. Survivors include a son, Charles Edward Brady, II and wife Carla, Elmore City; a daughter, Linda Williams and husband Burtis, Abilene, TX; a sister, Marie Chiara, Lakewood, CA; a sister-in-law, Florence Brady, Lake San Marcos, CA; five grandchildren, Phyllis Kunze and husband Jim, Forrest Danley and wife Leah, Steven Williams and wife Jenny, David Williams and wife Eileen, and Charles Edward Brady III and wife Penni; thirteen great grandchildren, Andy Taylor, Evan Taylor and Deanna, Whitney Davis, Mariah Danley, Alyssa Danley, Ryan Danley, Dema Williams, Sager Williams, Lacey Lagan, Jessica Williams, Dalton Brady Williams, Charles Edward Brady IV, and Calin Brady; one great great grandson, Dexter Taylor; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a daughter, Wanita Danley Plunk; a son-in-law, James Danley; an infant daughter; a granddaughter, Mari Lea Danley Davis; one brother; and four sisters. Bearers will be Charles E. Brady II, Charles E. Brady III, Forrest Danley, Steven Williams, David Williams, Andy Taylor, Evan Taylor and Jim Kunze.
