Survivors include: daughters, Victoria Wells of Westminster and Rhonda Wells, Rochelle Wells and Valerie Baker, all of Fort Collins; brother, Curtis Block of Kearney; sisters, LaVawn Burden of Lincoln, Neb., and Gloria Tye of Green Valley, Ariz.; stepson, James Jensen of Custer City, Okla.; Stepdaughters, Cathy Pogany of Owasso, Okla., and Sharon Leonard of Midwest City, Okla.; and five step-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her husbands, a son and a brother.
