Pat was born Aug. 26, 1951, in Amarillo to Helen and Byron Baggett. He was preceded in death by his father.
Pat was a 42-year member of M.J. and Buddy Green Foundation.
Pat and his family would like to express appreciation to Dr. Seah Lim and the wonderful, caring, competent staff of Texas Oncology and also the staff of Northwest Texas Hospital for their kindness and committed care.
He is survived by his mother, Helen Baggett of Amarillo; a daughter, Alison Wright and husband Chad; a grandson, Hagen Baggett; a son, Kalib Baggett, all of Amarillo; three brothers, Larry of Amarillo, Gary of Fort Worth and Michael of Austin; three nephews, Heron and Tyrone, both of Austin, and Blue of Amarillo; and his best friend of six years, Maggie.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be to Texas Oncology, 1000 S. Coulter St., Amarillo, TX 79106; or to The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, P.O. Box 96929, Washington, DC, 20090-6929.

On 19 October 1985, he married Kira Lea Rizzs née Cockrell. They divorced 4 August 1995.
