Mrs. Johnson, who lived in the Flintville community, died Saturday afternoon in the Lincoln County Hospital. Born in Lincoln County, she was the daughter of the late Ambrose and Virginia Hall Bennett. She was a member of the Gum Springs Baptist Church.
Survivors include six daughters, Mrs. Bessie Simmons of Huntland, Mrs. Macie Womack of Elora, Mrs. Betty Cagle of Flintville, Mrs. Gracie Warren of Crown Point, Ind., Mrs. Marsha Keller of Dyer, Ind., Mrs. Mary Presnall of Hammond, Ind.; three sons, Hugh Lee Johnson of Elkhart, Ind.; Louis Johnson and Fred Johnson of Gary, Ind.; 36 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.
