FRITCH - Lila Lunday, 88, died Friday, Feb. 23, 2001.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Lake Meredith Baptist Church with
the Rev. Blake Westbrook, the Rev. Stan Metts and the Rev. Brad Foster,
officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery by Brown Funeral
Directors.
Mrs. Lunday was born in Durwood, Okla., and had lived in Fritch for the
past 57 years. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Estel John Lunday, in 1996;
and by a son, Harold Joe Lunday, in 1929. Survivors include a son, G.H.
Lunday of Fritch; three daughters, Marlene Cunningham, Lilly Quirk and
Debra Wells. all of Fritch; a sister, Lela Nettles of Coleman; nine
grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and four
great-great-grandchildren.
