Mary Frances Cooper
COOPER, Mary Frances Age 73, of Roseburg passed away Monday, October 13, 1997 in a local hospital. She was born July 25, 1924 in Denver, Colorado to John and Hallie May (Jeffries) Cunningham. On January 7, 1947 in Yuma, Arizona she married Chester E. Cooper who preceded her in death on February, 10, 1993. The Coopers moved from San Fernando Valley, California to Roseburg in 1973. Survivors include two daughters, Linda Lee Sfektu of AquaDulce, California and Tina Thurmond of Roseburg; one son, Charles Morton of Dayton, Nevada; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Mrs Cooper was also preceded in death by a sister, Geri Hill. Graveside services will be held Friday, October 17, 1997 at ll a.m. at the Eagle Point National Cemetery in Eagle Point, Oregon. Chaplain Wayne Bell will officiate. CHAPEL OF THE FIRS is in charge of arrangements.
