Mr. Kennedy was born May 18, 1974, son of Mrs. Shirley Cobb Barton of Royston, Georgia and the late Merrell Marion Kennedy. He was a mechanic and member of the New Hope Worship Center.
Survivors, in addition to his mother, include wife, Tonya Lunsford Kennedy of Royston, Georgia and sister, Sherry Abercrombie of Dewy Rose, Georgia.
Funeral services for Mr. Kennedy will be at 4:30 p.m., Sunday, May 09, 2010 at the Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Fred Greenway and Rev. Terry Wood officiating. Burial will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Royston, Georgia.
The body is at the Pruitt Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Saturday evening May 8, 2010. The family is at the home.
