She was a member of Ashland Cumberland Presbyterian church.
Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Yarbrough and Mrs. G.G. Marshall, Clay; one son, Herbert Lively of California; four sisters, Mrs. Annie Lively, Clay, Mrs. Lockie Cowan of Blackford, Mrs. Alice Grady of Marion, and Mrs. Jim Frederick of Providence; eleven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Yarbrough with the Rev. W.D. Oakley of Providence officiating. Nephews were pallbearers. Burial was in I.O.O.F. cemetery, Clay.
