Peter Boyer, born in Germany, became a pioneer of Plum Creek Township, Armstrong Co., Pa., where he secured land which he developed into a good farm. He died there. He had three sons, John, Jacob and George [added note - this account left out son Peter Jr. who stayed in Somerset County].
