He was born 2 Nov 1906 in Kins-man, a son of Fred & Blanche Bishop Betts & had lived in Youngstown 20yrs, coming from Kinsman. He was employed by Fish Dry Clean-ing Co as a presser. He was a member of St Rocco Church.
Besides his wife the former Jenny Rich whom he married 19yrs ago, MrBetts leaves a niece, Marian Dimes & 2 nephews Ben & Don Young-blood-all Youngstown.
