Newberry, Jan. 21. — Arthur Lawson Brandon, 28, died this afternoon at his home here after a lingering illness.
Besides his widow and a son, he is survived by his mother, Mrs. J. A. Brandon; three brothers, H. A. Brandon of Lincolnton, N. C., P. M. Brandon of Houston, Texas, and A. N. Brandon of Clover; one sister, Mrs. H. G. Sowell of Newberry.
Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 4 o'clock from the McSwain Funeral home with the Rev. C. A. Calcote in charge.
Interment will be in Rosemont cemetery.
