Gladys M. Marshall, 78, died July 25, 1999, at her residence.
She was a charter member of Thalia United Methodist Church and a former member of Thalia U.M.C. Choral Group where she sang for 25 years.
Mrs. Marshall is survived by her husband, Marvin Marshall; two sons, Bill Marshall of Las Vegas and Dick Marshall of Chesapeake; three brothers, Calvin Mosier of Greenville, S.C., Charles Mosier and James Mosier, both of Chesapeake; two sisters, Muriel Ford of Richmond and Jane Pridgin of Jensen Beach, Fla.; five grandchildren, Lisa Brothers of Virginia Beach, Luke Marshall and Stacie Marshall, both of Chesapeake, and Adam and Jeff Marshall of Las Vegas; and one great-grandson, Joshua Brothers of Virginia Beach.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, where a funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday by the Rev. Marc Brown. Burial will follow at Princess Anne Memorial Park.
