Born in Wisconsin, Mr. Holm moved with his parents to Woodburn in 1927, and moved to Salem in 1954. He retired two years ago from the Southern Pacific companny, where he was a bridge carpenter.
He was a veteran of World War II and belonged to the Woodburn American Legion, Post No. 45.
Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Elizabeth Holm, brothers, John L. Holm of Bellingham, Wash., and Eil__ Holm of Medford; sisters, Mrs. Bernice Shuck of Springfield and Mrs. Laverna Young of Troutdale.
Funeral services were Wednesday, April 17, at the Ringo-Cornwell Funeral Chapel. Interment was in the Belle Passi cemtery.
