Infant Son Dies
Pelican Rapids (Special)
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Johnson Funeral home for Merlyn Johnson, 18-month-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Johnson of Richville. The son of former Pelican Rapids residents died at the Perham hospital of pneumonia. He had been in frail health since birth.
The Rev. J.B. Jerstad will officiate at the service. Burial will be in the Trinity Lutheran cemetery.
Besides his parents, Merlyn is survived by a brother, Verlyn of Granby, Mass., two sisters, Eileen and Janice at home.
