Letter of explanation from Harold Cloninger regarding Adam's death certificate, 19 Feb. 2008: The name (on the death certificate) has Adam L. Cloninger where the "L" was used for Lonzo, instead of Alonzo. Adam was my grandfather and the information given to the doctor filling out the certificate was by my Uncle Charlie (Cloninger), who never knew his grandmother. He gave his grandmother's maiden name as Walker instead of "Wilson."
