Cecil Cooper Jr., 64, of Roanoke, died Thursday, April 2, 1998, at the University of Virginia Medical Center. Mr. Cooper was born July 24, 1933, in Montgomery, Ala., to the late Cecil Cooper and Eula Mae Renshaw Cooper. Mr. Cooper is survived by his daughter, Sandra Gentry and her husband, Michael of Amissville; one granddaughter, Elizabeth Gentry, and two sisters, Mary Cooper and Margaret Wilkens, both of Delaware. The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 5, 1998, at Found & Sons Funeral Home, 8850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, from 3 to 5 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 6, 1998, at Found & Sons Funeral Home Chapel at 11 a.m., with Pastor Charles Shifflett officiating. Interment will follow in Culpeper National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Veterans of Foreign Wars of your choice. Found & Sons Funeral Home of Culpeper is in charge of arrangements
