Suddenly at t he Kingston General Hospital on Saturday April 18, 2009. Doug Brennan beloved husband of the late Viola Whyte. Loving father of Paul (Karen), Lee Scott (Paul), David (Linda), Chas (Carol), Stu (Debbie), Kelly Wilson (Bob) and Ken (Carol). Predeceased by 1 son Don Brennan. Cherished grandfather of 17 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Dear brother of Ray (Rita) and Rita Burtch. Predeceased by 3 brothers Hugh, Leonard and Jack. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Tompkins Funeral Home 63 Garden Street Gananoque on Monday evening from 7-9 pm. Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. John the Evangelist Church, Gananoque on Wednesday April 22 at 11:00 am. Rite of committal, St. John's Cemetery. Donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
