Barbara "Bobbye" Jean Mayfield Lee, 72, of Winston, passed away, Friday, July 10, 2009. She was born September 3, 1936 in Fulton County to the late William Mayfield and Margaret Donaldson Mayfield.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church of Douglasville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Michael Garner and grandson, Patrick Hubbard.
Survivors include her husband, Walter B. Lee of Winston; daughters and sons-in-law, Margaret Claire Garner of Villa Rica, Donna Marie and Eddie Long of Bremen, Carla Marie and Gary Bradley of Carrollton, Michele Lynn Garner of Winston; sons and daughters-in-laws: Barry Michael and Rosie Lee of Melburne, FL, Walter Brian and Angela Lee of Winston, David Walter and Ethel Lee of Winston; brothers and sisters-in-law: William and Margie Mayfield of Douglasville and Mark and Kathy Mayfield of Winston; 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held Sunday, July 12, 2009 at 3:00 pm from Hightower's Memorial Chapel with Pastor Eugene McBrayer and Pastor Damon Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Cold Springs Cemetery with Chris Mayfield, Andrew Mayfield, Kirk Rowland, Stephen Lee, Mike Lee, Jamie Lee, Billy Mitchell and Jamie Mitchell serving as Pallbearers.
The family will receive friends, Saturday, July 11, 2009 from 5-9pm at Hightower's Memorial Chapel.
