Keith N. Golden, 37, of Fremont, died Saturday, June 30, 2001, in Memorial Hospital following a motorcycle accident in Sandusky County.

He was born in Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Md., July 16, 1963, to Ronald G. and Marylou (Kille) Golden. They survive in Bettsville. On Oct. 13, 1990, he married Jennifer Freeman. She survives in Fremont.

Survivors also include: two daughters, Samantha Koppus and Taylor Golden, and a stepdaughter, Brittney Franks, all at home; two sisters, Mrs. Juan (Kristy) Villaveces of Westerville and Mrs. Ray (Kelly) Wise of Tiffin; and grandparents, Albert and Marge Golden of Fremont.

Grandparents Howard and Leta Kille are deceased.

Mr. Golden attended Bettsville High School and served in the U.S. Army for three years. He was stationed in Germany and Fort Hood, Texas. He was a press operator for 15 years with Whirlpool Corp. in Clyde and formerly had driven semi-truck.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home in Clyde, with the Rev. Lewis officiating. Interment will be in the Veterans Section of McPherson Cemetery in Clyde, with military graveside services provided by the Bettsville American Legion and Fremont VFW.

Visitation is 1-3 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the Children's Fund in care of Jennifer Golden, CR 223, Fremont, Ohio.
