BROWN, Greta Lee (Mix) Age 82, of Trotwood, formerly of Vandalia, passed away Sunday May 2, 2010 at Hospice of Dayton following a brief illness. She was preceded in death by her parents & 2 sisters.

She was a Past President of the Colostomy Club, and she worked in conjunction with the Montgomery Co. Society for Cancer Control. She was a Phys.Ed teacher in the 1970s at Madison Park Elementary and a longtime member of the Trotwood Baptist Church.

Greta is survived by her husband of 61 years, James Brown, Sr. She also leaves behind 4 sons, numerous grandchildren & great-grandchildren; brothers, Jack (Phyllis) Mix, Jim (Mary) Mix & Tom (Rita) Mix; sister, Adelaide Hinkle and numerous nieces & nephews.

Funeral services will be held 1 PM Thursday, May 6, at the GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE. Visitation from 11 AM Thursday until service time. Burial will follow in Trissel Cemetery.
