Mrs. Neal was a homemaker and a lifelong Clinton County resident. She attended Frankfort High School and was a member of Antioch Congregational Christian Church, Glad Hand Class and Clinton Order of Eastern Star No 6.
Mrs. Neal was born October 6, 1910, in Frankfort, to George A. and Lennie F. Sims Woods. She married Harold S. Neal on October 6, 1927, and he died December 26, 1994.
Surviving are two sons, Joseph A.(Lena Mae) Neal and James F. (Helen) Neal, both of Frankfort; a daughter, Barbara J. Neal Stillwell of Frankfort; 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
One son, Russell S. Neal; a sister, Evelyn Culbertson; and a great-grandson, John David Dickson, preceded her in death.
Burial was in Greenlawn Cemetery.
