Mrs Abe Reed, 55 died at 5:15 Tuesday morning at her home, three miles northeast of Nappanee. She had been ill several weeks of jaundice.
Surviving her are her husband, four sons Clayton, George and Amos Reed, near Nappanee, and Grover Reed who lives in Michigan; three brothers, Amos, George and John Sheets, all of whom live near Nappanee; 12 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services were held at 2 o’clock today, Thursday, at the Union Center church, and burial at the Union Center cemetery.
