Names wife Eliza, mentions house where he resides, lots, buildings, store sold by executors; mentions farm he rented; mentions children: John A., Henry K., Edwin W., and Frances Ann. From proceeds a comfortable house is to be built for wife, near the springhouse and stables on the farm. Brother John Neff be guardian to two eldest children, John A. and Henry K., and brother Henry Neff to be guardian to the two youngest children, Edwin W. and Frances Ann. Executors: brothers John and Henry Neff. Witnesses: Thomas Telfers, Jacob Neff Jr.
