DEATH OF BLOOMINGTON MAN

Harley V. Hansen of Bloomington, died Saturday, October 21, following a three-day illness. Mr. Hansen, 71 years of age, was born in Paris on September 2, 1873 and had lived practically all his life in Paris, St. Charles and Bloomington, where he worked as a lumberman. He was married to Effie Arnell, who died in 1918, and on February 13, 1926, he married Anna Rasmussen.

Survivors include his widow, five daughters and four sons as follow: Mrs. Byrna Dustin, Garden City, Utah; Mrs. Ada Orr Kickitak, Washington; Mrs. Effie Curtis, Oakland, California; Mrs. Lina Belnap; Salt Lake City; Mrs. Helen Bassett, Soda Springs; Boyd Hansen, Bloomington; Harley Hansen, Sharon; Gerald Hansen, Twin Falls; and Lloyd Hansen, Paris; three sisters and three brothers also survive: Mrs. Daisy Fewens, Pocatello; Mrs. Adeline Murray, and Mrs. Hattie McLaughlin of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania; Charles Hansen, Garden City; Ole and Delbert Hansen, Pocatello.

The opening song was "Oh My Father" sung by the choir; invocation by Bishop Joseph P. Patterson; song: "I Need Thee Every Hour" choir; Speakers Nephi Michaelson and John Hubbard; vocal solo, "I'll Go Where You Want Me To Go" Mildred Hansen; speakers, H.H. Broomhead, President A.A. Hart, remarks, Bishop Ward; song, "Though Deepening Trials," choir; benediction, Milford Dustin.

Interment was in the St. Charles Cemetery and the grave was dedicated by Swan Arnell. The F.M. Williams Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
