Daughter of William & Minnie Etta Fails Struckman

Norma B. Heideman, 97, of Waterloo, died Thursday, April 29 at Parkview Nursing and Rehab Centr of natural causes.

She was born October 23, 1912 in Bremer County, daughter of William and Minnie Etta Fails Struckman. She married Elihu V. "Al" Heideman on September 26, 1936 in Waverly. He died February 29, 1996.

Survived by one son, Steve of Waterloo; one daughter, Barb (Richard "Chico") Leraaen of Ellsworth, Wisconsin; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by one son, Donald; two daughters, Carole Barnhart, and Linda Heideman; five brothers, Bill, Clarence, Zenith, Robert, and Louis Struckman; and three sisters, Bertha Pyer, Ethel Booth, and Mary Kirchoff.

Services 2:00 p.m. Monday at Garden View Chapel Funeral Home, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Public visitation from 12:30 p.m. until services Monday at the funeral home.
