SGT E-5 (post humous promotion; MOS 11B20-Infantryman). KIA-friendly fire. Company C, 2/35th Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Division, U.S. Army.

1966 graduate of Lorain High School, Lorain, Ohio.

Sgt Arquillo was awarded the Bronze Star Medal, Purple Heart Medal, and the Combat Infantryman Badge.

He is honored on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall at Panel 17W, Line 072.
