He was a member of Zion Reformed Church, Resolute Council Jr. O.U.A.M., and of Antietam Tribe of Red Men.
He is survived by the following children: George F., William H., Charles L., Clarence F., Harry E., Mrs. Mary E. Johns, Miss Lillie B. May, all of Hagerstown; and Mrs. Bessie I. Collins, Massolin, Oh.; three brothers, John F., George J. and Albert M.; and one sister, Mrs. Mary E. Bush, all of Hagerstown.
Funeral services at the home on Tuesday; interment in Rose Hill.
