WELL KNOWN YOUNG MAN DIES AT HOME

William F. Heaney, aged 31, on Sunday evening passed out of this life at the home of his mother Mrs. Amelia Heaney. Mr. Heaney had been ill for some time with tuberculosis contracted at Camp Lewis while in the army.

The deceased was born and raised in this city, where he was well known and very popular among his large circle of friends. There were a few people who were not acquainted with the young man and who were not grieved to hear of his death.

For years Mr. Heaney was associated with his father in the management of the Atlas theater and it was from there that he as drafted into the army and contracted the fatal trouble at American Lake, Washington. There he was a member of company E of the 362nd Infantry, which was a part of the famous 91st division.

Mrs. Amelia Heaney, the mother; his wife; a sister, Mrs. Walter Bradley, and a brother, Thomas Heaney of Casper survive.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at St. Mary's Cathedral at 9 o'clock. Interment will be made in Mount Olivet cemetery.

The following men will set as pallbearers: John Connelly, Will Cook, Milledge Grace, Jerry Bresnahan, Charles Embery and T. Joe Cahill.
