BRANGERS, ARNOLD J. SR., 88, of Louisville, passed away Monday, August 20, 2007 at Regency Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. He was a retired electrician for J. E. Norrenbrock and also for Clark Electric, was a member of Local 369 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union. He was preceded in death by his first wife of 33 years, Anna Blanch Lardner; his second wife of 22 years, Edna Polsgrove; and daughter, Valerie Osbourne. He is survived by his son, Arnold Brangers Jr. and wife, Marion; six grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and all his friends at Regency Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. A Mass of Christian burial will be 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 2208 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. Memorial gifts may be made to Mass of Air.
