EUGENE ALLEN DIES SUDDENLY
Funeral services for Eugene F Allen, age 70 are pending the arrivalof a son from California but probably will be held Saturday according to Peck Funeral Directors, who are in charge. The services will be at the General Baptist Church in Drumright with burial in North Drumright Cemetery.
Mr Allen died suddenly early Tuesday morning from a heart attack, at the family home 404 East Noble Street.
Mr Allen was a retired carpenter and had lived in Drumright for the past 23 years.
Friends said that Mr Allen had bought tha lot in the North Cemetery the before his death and had spent the afternoon in cleaning it up.
Bedside the wife of the home address, and his son in California. Mr Allen leaves a granddaughter.

Eugene Allen Dies Of Heart Attack
Eugene F Allen , age 70, died suddenly at his home at 404 East Noble street, on Tuesday morning May 28th.
Mr Allen was along time resident of Drumright, having lived here for 23 years. Prior to retiring Mr Allen worked as a carpenter.
He is survived by his wife of the home address, a son of California, and one granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held upon the arrival of his son, and are in charge of Peck Funeral home. Services will be held in the General Baptist Church in Drumright with burial in the North Drumright Cemetery
Eugene Allen married Mary Elizabeth Gober Jan 19, 1896. They had 2 children John S Allen and Nellie Allen. At the time of his death, Eugene and Mary had 13 grandchildren and several greatgrandchildren.
