OXFORD — Marcia "Marci" Joan Atherton Austin, 53, died Tuesday, April 27, 2010.
Ms. Austin was born in Martinsville, IN, and moved to Sumter County in 2004. She was a massage therapist; and maintained dual citizenship with Australia.
Survivors include her sons, Jesse Baynard and Robert Baynard, both of Wesley Chapel; mother, Mary Alice Gingerich, Marilla, NY; sisters Mary Jane Burns, Hayesville, NC, Marilyn Gleason, Inverness, Martha Gleason, Lacona, NY, Michielle Atherton, Oxford; brother, Michael Atherton, Lake Panasoffkee; and two grand-children.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Villages Hospice, 601 Casa Bella, The Villages, FL 32162. All Faiths Cremation Society, The Villages, is in charge of arrangements.
