Joyce Hammonds Larsen, 68, of Charleston, died Thursday morning, April 29, 2010, at her residence.
A native of McMinn County, she was a daughter of the late LeRoy and Gladys Tallent Hammonds. She was a member of Light House Church of Charleston.
Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Connie and Joe Rapier and Deedra and Jeff Masingale, all of Charleston, and Shelia and Lynn Green of Cleveland; five granddaughters, Brittney Rapier, Jessica Cross, Jaimme Masingale, Holly Johnson and Meagan Masingale; one grandson, Nicholas Johnson; 13 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Wanda Wright of Athens.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Smith Funeral & Cremation Service with the Rev. Mitchell Wright officiating. Burial will follow in South Liberty Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Nicholas Johnson, Zach Cross, Rex Wright, Kevin Spurgeon, Jeremy Shickles and Shawn Wright.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
