I, Samuel Bunch being sound in mind and of disposing memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament revoking all other previously made by me. Item 1st. It is my will and desire that all my just debts shall be paid. 2nd. After my just debts are paid I leave all my real and personal estate to my wife Maria Bunch during her life to be held and enjoyed by her. 3rd. After the death of my wife I give and bequeath the whole of my estate to my children and grandchildren as follows. 4th. I give to my daughter Ann R. Grubbs one equal fourth of my estate and in case she should die before my wife then it is to pass to her children, and be divided amongst them at the death of my wife in fee simple. 5th. I give and bequeath unto my son, David L. Bunch one equal fourth part of my estate to pass to him as fee simple. 6th. I give and bequeath unto my grandson John S. Willoughby being the only child of my deceased daughter Fannie Willoughby, one equal fourth part of my estate to pass to him in fee simple, but in the event that he should die before he attains the age of twenty one years, then it shall be a part of my estate and be divided between my children and grandchildren according to descent. 7th. I give and bequeath unto my grand son Zachariah M. Bunch and my granddaughter, Willie M. Bunch being children of my deceased son Mericumus F. Bunch, one equal fourth part of my estate jointly to be enjoyed by them. 8th. In case that my son in the law, Waller M. Willoughby or my daughter in the law Sarah E. Mitchell should be entitled to any interest in my estate they are not permitted or forgotten both positively excluded. 9th. I hereby constitute and appoint my son David L. Bunch my Executor of this my last will and testament. Witness my hand and seal this 5th day of February 1869.
