SPICELAND, Dec. 23 - The funeral of Samuel B. Lane, aged 60, one of Spiceland's most prominent citizens and one of the best known chicken fanciers in the state, who died at his home here Friday evening after a week's illness, will be held at the Methodist church Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The services will be in charge of Rev. Alice Lawrence of Newcastle. Interment will take place in the Spiceland cemetery.
