Mrs. House was born in DeQueen, Ark., in 1924. At age 17, she met Ezra House, whom she married Aug. 23, 1941.
The couple in 1945 moved to Buckeye, where Mrs. House was a charter member and a Sunday school teacher at First Assembly of God Church. She also worked as a cook at Liberty Elementary School, from which she retired.
Mrs. House was preceded in death by her husband, Ezra.
She is survived by one daughter, Annette Navejar of Buckeye; five sons, Charlie, R.L., Kenny and Clarence House of Buckeye and Dale House of Arkansas; one sister, Itaska Lofty of Texas; 17 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
A service was held July 26 at First Southern Baptist Church in Buckeye. The Rev. James Wesley officiated. Interment was at Louis B. Hazelton Cemetery in Buckeye.
